Product prices on our website include VAT but exclude postage and packing unless otherwise stated. We want to make shipping easy for you so we charge a flat rate of £4.99 for UK orders with a value of £150 or under. If you spend over £150 you qualify for FREE shipping. This only applies to shipping within the UK.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
If you are choosing one of our pieces as a gift, we are pleased to provide a gift wrapping service at no extra cost. Please state this on your order or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however we are happy to exchange or refund on line purchases. We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's as good as new in its original packaging. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
In the unlikely event you receive your sculpture and it has been damaged or broken in transit, we will send you a replacement on return of the broken piece.
To return an item, simply contact us by telephone 01905 841007 of email email@example.com and we will allocate you a returns number.
We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Harmony Kingdom UK Ltd will not be held liable for the cost of returned or lost parcels.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge. For exchanges the replacement will be delivered to you free of charge.
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the receipt of your order without giving a reason.
